Our recycling and donation program was a success. Compared to other EAA ships similar to the Karura, we came in first in all categories. ~~Why there was a competition is beyond me. It isn't as though the Karura will get a larger budget for FY2017.~~

Zaizen: Seeing as there were more donations and recycling for technological items, I think it would be wise to establish what items are a necessity for the ship. You may attach a separate report for wanted, but unnecessary items.

I received a request for a "White Day" party from a number of passengers. As noted in EAA Regulation 4.4.1.1.6(b), any such requests for parties and other celebrations will be forwarded to our Outreach Officer for coordination. Fuji, consider this my approval for the festivities.

Lastly, Golden Week time off requests need to be submitted by April 4.

I had no idea you were such a supporter of love, Tezuka. I will see to the festivities.

It seems only fair as we have done a number of other events.

My preparations would be helped by having a photoshop license. Without it, I will have to create models of what I want to advertise. That will probably involve glitter. Just a thought...

Considering I have previously banned the use of glitter, then none of your models will involve glitter. Submit a request to support regarding your issues with Photoshop.

Perhaps, but the cutouts are your responsibility. Therefore the glitter incident falls on your shoulders.

What aspects of it?

The aspect where we work together rather than against one another. And positive reinforcement. I read a book on leadership that states that is important.

The aspect where I'm not under-minded by my crew is also important. As for positive reinforcement, I appreciate your photo-editing skills when they are of use to the ship and not for unnecessary entertainment purposes.

~~You did not take to the pyjama cut-outs well.~~ I object to the statement that entertainment may be unnecessary. Moral boosting is important to the ship's health and it cannot always be scheduled.

I am afraid I do not see the entertainment nor morale-boosting value in photoshopping the crew into strange facial expressions as evidenced in this post.

That post, Tezuka, is what happens when I do not have access to photoshop. I could take Zaizen-kun's advice to use a snapchat filter, but I fear flower crowns will make you no less pleased.

Not having access is no excuse for that post or any others like it.

I have plenty of that, but the justification is beneficial.

I have only a single member of staff who I would trust to make an acceptable cocktail. And left unattended for any period risks turning the Ice Bar into a strip joint.

Retrieve it from recycling before our next EAA-scheduled drop off. Any testing needs to be completed in your lab before it can be used anywhere else on the ship.
